Yog polyurethane ua npuas ncauj nplaim taws?
Yog, polyurethane ua npuas ncauj yog nplaim taws nyob ntawm ntau yam, ntom, thiab muaj cov nplaim taws-retardant tshuaj. Polyurethane ua npuas ncauj yog ib cov khoom siv ntau yam siv nyob rau hauv cov khoom lag luam zoo li daim txaj, upholstery, rwb thaiv tsev, thiab ntim khoom. Nws yog tsim los ntawm kev rov ua kom muaj polyols (dej cawv) nrog Isocyanates, tsim kom muaj npaus, tsim cov teeb ci, hloov tau yooj yim, lossis cov qauv nruj, lossis cov qauv nruj.
Cov nplaim hluav taws ntawm polyurethane ua npuas ncauj
Polyurethane Ua Npuas Ncauj, nyob rau hauv nws lub xeev ntuj, yog cov nplaim taws heev. Thaum nthuav tawm tshav kub lossis nplaim taws, nws muaj peev xwm zes sai sai thiab hlawv kom sai. Cov npaus yog muaj xws li hydrocarbons, uas yog cov organic sib txuas ua los ntawm hydrogen thiab carbon atoms. Cov tebchaw no tau sib xyaw ua ke thiab tso cua sov thiab roj cua thaum zes. Cov ua npuas ncauj qhib-cell tus qauv tso cai rau huab cua kom tau yooj yim, uas pab cuam ntxiv hauv kev sib kis taws.
Thaum polyurethane ua npuas rog hlawv, nws nyhav tso pa tawm xws li carbon monoxide, hydrogen cyanide, thiab lwm yam sib xyaw. Cov roj av no tuaj yeem tsim kev puas tsuaj rau tib neeg kev noj qab haus huv, ua rau nws txaus ntshai thaum muaj hluav taws. Lub npaus yog kuj tuaj yeem hlawv ntawm tus nqi siab, ua ntau cov roj kub thiab haus luam yeeb ntau npaum li cas.
Yam cuam tshuam rau cov nplaim taws
Hom Npuas: Muaj ob hom tseem ceeb ntawmPolyurethane Ua Npuas Ncauj: hloov pauv tau thiab tsis yeem. Saj zawg zog polyurethane ua npuas ncauj yog feem ntau siv nyob rau hauv rooj tog thiab chaw pw, thaum lub sij hawm rigid polyurethane ua npuas ncauj siv hauv rwb thaiv tsev thiab ntim khoom. Ob hom yog cov nplaim taws, tab sis tus nqi uas lawv hlawv tuaj yeem sib txawv. Rigid Foams, vim lawv cov qauv denser, tej zaum yuav hlawv ntawm tus nqi qeeb qeeb piv rau cov khoom siv ua npuas zoo dua.
Nplaim taws retardants: Txhawm rau kom txo cov nplaim hluav taws ntawm polyurethane ua npuas ncauj, cov chaw tsim khoom feem ntau ntxiv cov nplaim-retardant tshuaj. Cov tshuaj ntxiv no pab kom qeeb los yog inhibit lub ignition thiab kis taws. Hauv qee kis, nplaim taws-retardants tuaj yeem ua npuas dej rau tus kheej thaum tus kheej thaum cov nplaim taws tau muab tshem tawm. Txawm li cas los xij, txawm nrog nplaim taws retardants, polyurethane ua npuas ncauj tsis tuaj yeem hlawv hauv qab cua sov lossis cov nplaim hluav taws nraim.
Ua npuas ncauj ntom: Lub ntom ntawm polyurethane ua npuas ncauj kuj cuam tshuam nws cov nplaim taws. Cov khoom siv ua npuas dej siab dua feem ntau yog feem ntau tiv thaiv rau nplaim kis thiab tuaj yeem muaj hluav taws kub hluav taws-tiv thaiv. Txo cov npuas ncauj qis dua yuav hlawv ntau nrawm dua vim tias lawv muaj ntau qhov cua ntau dua los sib txuas.
Cov Qauv Hluav Taws Xob Tiv Thaiv Hluav Taws: Hauv ntau lub tebchaws, Polyurethane ua npuas ncauj siv hauv cov rooj tog thiab cov txaj pw yuav tsum ua raws cov qauv kev nyab xeeb. Cov qauv no, xws li cov teeb tsa ntawm UK lub rooj tog thiab cov khoom siv hluav taws xob (hluav taws xob) lossis cov khoom lag luam Asmeskas feem ntau yuav tsum tau ua cov khoom lag luam foam Piv txwv li, ua npuas ncauj siv nyob rau hauv daim txaj pw yuav tsum tau xeem dhau kev ntsuam xyuas uas ntsuam xyuas seb nws tau teb li cas rau cov nplaim taws me me lossis cov cua sov.
Txo txoj kev pheej hmoo
ThaumPolyurethane Ua Npuas Ncaujyog xam cov nplaim taws, nws cov hluav taws kub yuav raug txo los ntawm kev siv nplaim taws-retardant-retardant cov ntaub ntawv lossis los ntawm kev sib xyaw hluav taws-resistant barriers xws li npog npog. Ntau cov khoom lag luam niaj hnub yog tsim nrog hluav taws rau hluav taws rau hauv siab, muab ntau qhov kev tiv thaiv kom dav thiab txo qhov kev pheej hmoo ntawm hluav taws.
Tag
Polyurethane Ua Npuas Ncaujyog cov nplaim taws, thiab tsis muaj kev kho mob tsim nyog lossis cov quav ntxiv, nws tuaj yeem ntes hluav taws yooj yim thiab hlawv sai sai. Thaum lub npaus nws tus kheej tau sib txuas, kev siv nplaim taws retardants thiab kev ua raws li cov kev cai nyab xeeb hluavtaws tuaj yeem pab txo cov kev pheej hmoo cuam tshuam nrog nws cov kev phom sij. Hauv cov ntawv thov uas hluav taws yog qhov tseem ceeb, nws yog qhov tseem ceeb kom xaiv hom kev ua npuas ncauj thiab xyuas kom nws ua tau raws li cov qauv hluav taws xob uas xav tau.
